1.   What should my dog bring with her when she stays overnight at Earth Pups? 
Your dog should bring her food and medicine, most importantly.  Earth Pups supplies bedding, blankets, bowls, treats (with your permission) and lots of love.  There is no need to divide the food into individual portions - just give us the feeding instructions and we'll do the rest!

2.  What is the check-out time when my dog stays overnight at Earth Pups?
Check out time is at 12 noon every day of the week.  There is a $22 half day charge applied for pickups after 12 noon.  After 5pm on Saturday/Sunday and after 7pm weekdays, a full night's rate is applied.  On your dog's arrival day, she can arrive anytime after 7am on weekdays and anytime after 9am on weekends and holidays. If earlier drop off is required, special arrangements can be made with a $10 per hour early drop off fee.

3.  What will my dog do all day when she is in daycare or staying overnight at Earth Pups?
Your dog will get plenty of socialization, exercise, rest when appropriate, access to the outdoors and most importantly -- lots of love! 

4.  Will my dog be left alone overnight when she stays at Earth Pups?
Absolutely not!  We pride ourselves on providing 24/7 care for your beloved pups.  There is a staff member, often the owner, here overnight with your dog(s.)
